I had also used insure my trip but last week found Trip Insurance Store.com, they both can give you on line comparisions but I had some questions regarding policys, (since insurance must be written to confuse the normal person!!!) which would be best for my husband, myself and my elderly mother. So I called and Steve the owner answered, WOW what a wealth of information!!!! He had me check on my moms medicaid supplement and then suggested splitting our policies, we still would be considered “traveling compainions” if any cancellations had to be made. Don’t really use the website. I call the toll free phone number and speak with Steve. He has always been very helpful in answering my questions and giving us the appropriate coverage for a fair price. Never tries to sell me a more expensive coverage that we don’t need. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and always a pleasure to deal with. We always call him when we are in need of this type of service. Would recommend to friends in a heart-beat!
