Steve, I called another company and they gave me the opposite advice from what you told me about pre-existing conditions. I don’t completely trust what they said. Since you say you stand behind what you sell, and I like you, I want to buy my travel insurance policy from you so you can earn the commission. Can you sell it to me? Patricia

Yes, we do stand behind what we sell, but we will not sell you the policy you want to buy because, in my opinion, it will not cover the pre-existing condition you want covered.
And, as much as I appreciate your desire to give us your business, if you definitely want to buy this plan (though I wouldn’t buy if I were you) I suggest you get in writing that you are covered. It’s easy to give phone advice, but as a consumer I suggest you have a promise in writing.
Unfortunately, in your circumstance I don’t know of any travel insurance policy that will cover your circumstance.
