Drinking soda pop isn’t the best for you (more on this the day after tomorrow). I don’t like coffee, though when I lived in Guatemala<\/a>, I liked the coffee plantations’ aroma. Nor do I particularly like tea, though I drink tea now and then.<\/p>\n

I like plain water. It might be because I’m cheap. Or it might stem from the fact that I don’t trust food companies to always act in my best health interest. I’m not paranoid enough to think they want to do me in (bad for future business), though.<\/p>\n

So, I was pleased to find Jill Weisenberger’s article “Vitamin Waters: The Unhealthy Truth”. I specifically found out the truth about Special K2O Protein Water<\/em>. I’ve bought these and similar products because the 5 grams of fiber and protein were appealing to me.<\/p>\n
