One More Reason To Use Cement Trucks

by Steve Dasseos on August 18, 2009

I sure am happy I refer to Cement Trucks and not other big things that can hit you.

I’ve used the phrase “if you get hit by a Cement Truck” so many times in the past 20 years, 2 months and 8 days that I wonder when I’ll meet someone who did get hit by a Cement Truck. I started using the phrase “if you get hit by a Cement Truck” when I became a Life Insurance agent and have used it ever since.

On Friday August 14, 2009, I was telling a lady in Pennsylvania that travel insurance gives you your money back “if you get hit by a Cement Truck” and your doctor tells you you can’t go.

She said, “Oh, don’t say that! I survived getting hit by a train! I momentarily felt low, but I figured based on her laughing she wasn’t too offended.

I hope this makes sense. If you want the right travel insurance advice, call us at 1-888-407-3854 and we'll help you figure it all out.
