How To Get More And Better Sleep

A few days ago someone told me that I should check my email’s time and date settings because the email they received from me said “Tuesday Feb. 1, 2011 2:11 am”. They were sure that something was wrong.

I assured them that, yes, something’s out of whack, but it wasn’t my time and date settings. The problem is that I don’t get enough sleep. I don’t know if I stay up late because I am deathly afraid of poverty or that I am too easily distracted or what.

No matter the reason, the fact is that I work too much. I am trying to get to sleep earlier, but, truthfully, I haven’t been very successful at this.

Thankfully, I got an email from Dr. Mercola today called “Overcoming the Most Common Sleep Disorder on Earth” that will gave me more incentive to get to bed earlier. My new goal is to get off the computer by Midnight, but no later than 12:30 am.
