This means that if the event's not specifically named as a covered reason, you won't have a valid claim. Here are some specific exclusions your school group needs to know about:
- Not feeling safe to travel (bird flu, terrorism threats or concerns, unrest)
- War (whether declared or undeclared)
- Your school or advisory board cancels your child's trip
- Change in plans ("I just don't want to go")
- Any government regulation or prohibition
- Failure of any tour operator, Common Carrier, person or agency to provide the bargained-for travel arrangements. Note: this is different from Financial Default.
